The mission of the Rockland Council on Alcoholism and Other Drug Dependence, Inc. is to increase public awareness of the disease of addiction through prevention, education and advocacy.


Rockland Council on Alcoholism and Other Drug Dependence Inc. (RCADD) has served the Rockland County community for more than 40 years. Since incorporating in 1973, RCADD has been providing school/community based prevention education, family support services, health promotions, public policy advocacy, professional development trainings and recovery support services. RCADD’s services and programs have enriched the lives of hundreds of citizens. RCADD works with many volunteers and community sectors to help address addiction as a public health issue.
